Subdomain

A distinct, hierarchically separated extension of a root domain (e.g., store.example.com), which search engines frequently treat as an entirely distinct, independent website.

Tip from Sanoop: Always test your Subdomain settings under a staging environment. Inspecting your crawls via GSC will prevent indexing blocks.
